Ask for the design of
your BioBelt protection.

Engineering and innovation as our constant driving force.

BioBelt has its own Design Office and a workshop for the production and development of new systems, the Dipteralab, dedicated to experimentation, research, improvement of modules and lures, in a process of constant improvement of the BioBelt system. Managed by two PhDs, an engineer and an entomologist, the Dipteralab is equipped with a testing room and a rearing facility for Aedes albopictus and Culex pipiens pipiens mosquitoes.
R&D is also part of a partnership approach and joint programmes with external private and university laboratories, such as the Ecole des Mines and the Microbial Ecology UMR CNRS 5557 for studies on the chemical compounds of lures, GC-MS, PTR-MS analyses, emission kinetics, development of new bacterial lures, or such as the COBRA UMR CNRS 6014 and PROCESSlab laboratories for the development of an in situ air CO2 recovery system, etc.
